Privacy notice
Last updated: 15 October 2026. This notice describes how ELVAR handles personal data submitted through this website.
What we collect
- Through the audit request form: your organisation name, your work email address, the size and type of your vendor population, and whatever you choose to tell us about what needs attention.
- Through the contact form: your name, your email address, and your message.
- Through email: information you choose to send to info@elvar.in.
- Through the site itself: the site's own code sets no analytics cookies, runs no advertising profiling and has no account system. Form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check that processes a short-lived token when you submit a form.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to deliver the engagement you requested. We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this website and, as any network provider does, processes standard connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
- Resend delivers the emails our forms generate; form contents pass through their service on the way to our inbox.
We do not share personal data with anyone else.
Where it goes
ELVAR operates from India. Enquiries from other regions are processed in India, and the providers above may process data in their own data centres. By submitting a form you accept that transfer.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so we can answer follow-up questions and keep proper business records, then deleted. If you become a client, engagement records follow the retention terms in your agreement.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, at any time. Write to info@elvar.in with "Privacy request" in the subject line and we will respond within 30 days.
